I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, Eddie at the front desk provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to assist both me and another guest. On the other hand, the state of the rooms was disappointing, with worn-out beds and lack of basic amenities. Overall, the service was a highlight while the room quality left much to be desired.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Riverleaf Inn. The friendliness of the staff made a huge difference and they were always eager to help. My only concern was an unpleasant interaction with one front desk agent, which was really disappointing. Despite that, the overall experience was positive with a good sense of customer care throughout my visit.
